STAIRS X 24 HOURS

On September 14th, 2024 I will be participating in PHL24 where I will be climbing the Art Museum (Rocky) Steps for 24 hours to raise money for the Legacy of Hope in order to support cancer patients and their families who are facing hunger and homelessness because they are too sick to work. This short blog is a quick explanation and a call to action.

No Rules

There isn't just one way to do anything and you're allowed to think out of the box. Many of us grow up thinking that there are a limited number of predetermined paths to getting what (we think) we want. The truth is that there are no rules when it comes to creating our lives and that true fulfillment lives on the other side of ownership.

Chosen Pain

This weekend I decided lunge around a track for a mile with a 35 lb weighted vest and I hope that this short blog can make it make sense (for no other reason than it feels important to share as a human).

Some Thoughts

Despite creating more room in the calendar, it just keeps getting filled up. However, I've found a rare window of time that doesn't need filling and I'm feeling called to dump some thoughts as of late. This one will be raw (unedited) and I hope it finds you where you need it most.

Who > What (The Blur)

This blog is a journal of sorts - I feel like I need to write and see what comes out and figured that it couldn't hurt to share it with whoever else needs to hear it. Over the past few years I've worked very hard, had a lot of fun and often put what over who and I'm focused on changing that. Here are some thoughts.

Bonus Episode

I've been quiet on the blog because life has been hectic (in a good way). While I haven't been publishing as much writing, I did take the time to sit down and share some intentional thoughts through spoken word. This blog post is a redirection toward one of the more impactful pieces I've ever created and the simple ask is that you would listen (because I know that you would find something - if not many things - of value)....

Move The Dirt

Going into 2024 I wanted to find a phrase that would help me focus on what's most important and that's what this blog is about. Three simple words will define the coming year.

Walking Home

I've been busier than ever and with that, (public) writing has taken an intentional backseat to some other more things related to growing Project Endure. This short blog is an off-the-cuff expansion of something that a recent podcast guest shared with me. I appreciate you taking the time to read and I hope it resonates....
