These are the intentions that I'm taking with me into 2025 and I'd encourage you create a contract if this is something that feels interesting to explore. I hope that the coming year is full of growth and if there's any way that I can be helpful on the path ahead, I'm always just a message away.
This is the thought that has been getting me out of bed.
This VERY short blog contains a powerful concept that I don't ever want to forget and that's why I'm writing it down. I hope that it resonates with you as much as it does with me.
This past weekend I ran 74.4 miles up and down the same set of stairs (the Rocky steps) in 24 hours.
I've been doing some thinking and wanted to share a few thoughts - I hope something resonates!
On September 14th, 2024 I will be participating in PHL24 where I will be climbing the Art Museum (Rocky) Steps for 24 hours to raise money for the Legacy of Hope in order to support cancer patients and their families who are facing hunger and homelessness because they are too sick to work. This short blog is a quick explanation and a call to action.
There isn't just one way to do anything and you're allowed to think out of the box. Many of us grow up thinking that there are a limited number of predetermined paths to getting what (we think) we want. The truth is that there are no rules when it comes to creating our lives and that true fulfillment lives on the other side of ownership.
Don't let you dreams of today become bones in the graveyard of what could have been.
This weekend I decided lunge around a track for a mile with a 35 lb weighted vest and I hope that this short blog can make it make sense (for no other reason than it feels important to share as a human).
