I’ve been working on being concise and so this blog will be short.
Here are some highlights from 2025 followed with the contract (list of intentions) that I’m making (with me) for 2026. If you’d like to hear some expanded thoughts, you can listen here.

*** it was the year of the mustache
There’s a lot to reflect on and there were a lot of lows that came along with these highs (to be shared at a later date). For now, I’m feeling extra grateful for everyone who I get to share parts of this life with: from family to friends to clients and everyone in between (especially my wife, Michaela)

2026 Intentions
* Do what you say you’re going to do.
* Be the reason that other people smile.
* Respond, don’t react.
* Do the right thing, even when it costs you.
* Create good art even if no one sees it.
* Put God first with word and action.

These are the intentions that I’m taking with me into 2026 and I’d encourage you create a list if this is something that feels interesting to explore. I hope that the coming year is full of growth and if there’s any way that I can be helpful on the path ahead, I’m always just a message away (here).
“The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.”
Rudyard Kipling
Do hard things.
