This coming week I turn 32 years old and if I'm being honest, I'm indifferent to the number. If you’ve been following along since the start (2016) then you’ve noticed that blog posts have become less frequent over time and that’s a function of shifting priorities. I’m still writing for me, just not as much for the world and that feels aligned in this season of life.
This blog is me journaling for me about the act of building a business. I see no reason why these thoughts can't be shared with the world, so here you go.
It's about who you become, not the outcome.
These are the intentions that I'm taking with me into 2026 and I'd encourage you create a contract if this is something that feels interesting to explore. I hope that the coming year is full of growth and if there's any way that I can be helpful on the path ahead, I'm always just a message away.
This past weekend I held the first ever Project Endure Retreat and it was so special. It's going to take me a long time to process how special this was for me and how impactful this felt as a group. What started out as 12 people with no-to-loose connections ended 48 hours later with meaningful memories, incredible insights and deep friendships that will last beyond a single weekend.
I've been dealing with some injuries over the past month and this blog is just me talking to me. I'm sharing it because maybe it'll find someone who needs it too.
I haven't been writing as much as I have in the past and that's because I've been stumbling (that's not a bad thing).

Last weekend we held our fourth annual Project Endure event and it couldn't have gone better.
