This VERY short blog contains a powerful concept that I don’t ever want to forget and that’s why I’m writing it down. I hope that it resonates with you as much as it does with me.

Much like an orange being squeezed, what’s inside of us comes out when life applies pressure. The next time that you’re tempted to react with things that you don’t love, just remember that what’s down in the well comes up in the bucket and we have the power to change what’s inside over time. This is one of the many reasons that personal development work is something that I hold near and dear. Before we can change what comes out of us, we must first do the hard work to change what lives inside of us. Just remember that life will squeeze us all.
What do you want to come out?

Here’s a quote to sum it up…
“When you squeeze an orange, you’ll always get orange juice to come out. What comes out is what’s inside. The same logic applies to you: when someone squeezes you, puts pressure on you, or says something unflattering or critical, and out of you comes anger, hatred, bitterness, tension, depression, or anxiety, that is what’s inside. If love and joy are what you want to give and receive, change your life by changing what’s inside.”
