I published the first ever Cup of Joe Newsletter on August, 2nd 2020 and as I write this blog on June, 26th 2022 there are now 100 editions that have gone out every single week without interruption. The newsletter began as a way for me to condense encouragement, optimism and inspiration into a weekly email for people who were living through uncertain and challenging times (i.e. the pandemic). I charged ($3/month) for those that wanted to receive the newsletter because it held me accountable and it helped support the work.
I’m making the Cup of Joe Newsletter completely free because I want it to be more accessible and I would LOVE for you to sign up to see what it’s about. You can expect to receive a weekly email (Sunday) with a 3-5 minute read full of encouraging, informative and thought-provoking content. Like I’ve explained to some, we are what we consume and I see the newsletter as a mental software update before beginning a new week.
