Welcome to my blog!

I’ve been thinking of starting a blog for a while now. After recently getting an article rejected from a well-known site (who shall remain nameless), I decided to pull the trigger. I’ve written for others in the past, but I want this blog to be my own. These ideas, concepts and contents will be creative, unbiased and the writing style will be mine. Before I share my writing with the world, I want to let you all know what to expect.

This page will be eclectic.

I’ll cover topics including, but not limited to:

  • personal stories
  • fitness and general health
  • physical therapy and injury prevention
  • unique lifestyle ideas (e.g. diet, recovery, etc.)
  • self improvement, motivation and much more

 

In my writing, I plan to draw from:

  • personal experience
  • my formal education
  • current literature and research
  • insights from peers and other healthcare / fitness professionals

 

I’m going to do my best to keep things comprehensive yet concise, easy to understand and entertaining – I promise to throw in some pictures, videos and get the occasional laugh.
